【摘要】目的：在乳腺癌腋窝淋巴结良恶性诊断中应用高频彩色多普勒超声的效果。方法：选择60例乳腺癌患者，以病理检查为金标准，比较常规和彩色超声的诊断效能。结果：病理检查结果显示，良性36例，恶性24例；常规超声检测的准确度、特异度、灵敏度、阳性预测值及阴性预测值均低于高频彩色多普勒超声。恶性腋窝淋巴结有钙化斑、融合、2.00及以下长短径比值以及偏心增厚皮质的占比均高于良性腋窝淋巴结(P<0.05)。恶性腋窝淋巴结Ⅲ级血流分级占比高于良性腋窝淋巴结(P<0.05)；恶性腋窝淋巴结信号分布周边型占比高于良性腋窝淋巴结(P<0.05)。结论：对于乳腺癌恶性腋窝淋巴结，通过高频彩色多普勒超声诊断，其准确度、特异度以及灵敏度比较高，且能有效对淋巴结分布与声像特征进行明确。
