【摘要】目的：探讨冠心病在诊断时运用运动平板试验与动态心电图心率变异性方法诊断所具有的准确性。方法：选取疑似冠心病的患者共计50例，均为我院心血管内科2022年1月—2023年1月期间收治，均运用运动平板试验方案、动态心电图心率变异性方案实施检测，并以冠状动脉造影检查结果为金标准，就两项检测技术单用、联用所具有的诊断效能进行对比。结果：经冠脉造影检查为金标准，得出采用运动平板试验与动态心电图心率变异性联合，有更高的诊断效能，即灵敏度、特异度、准确度均居更高水平，其中，灵敏度、特异度差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：针对临床收治的冠心病患者，运用运动平板试验与动态心电图心率变异性联合方案实施检查，有更高的诊断效能，灵敏度、准确度均居更高水平，开展价值十分突出。

    【Abstract】Objective： To investigate the accuracy of exercise plate test and dynamic ECG heart rate variability in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease.
