【摘要】目的：探讨溶栓联合早期肢体功能锻炼对急性脑梗死患者的康复作用。方法：选择2020年4月—2022年8月92例急性脑梗死患者，随机分为两组各46例，两组均予以溶栓治疗，对照组予以常规神经内科治疗与护理，在此基础上观察组于病情稳定后48h即开始进行肢体功能锻炼。护理前后采用NIHSS评分系统、Fugl-Meyer评分(FMA)、巴塞尔指数(Barthel)对患者进行评估。结果：两组出院时的NIHSS评分明显降低，FMA评分及Barthel评分均明显提高(P<0.05)，而实验组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：急性脑梗死患者静脉溶栓后积极进行早期肢体功能锻炼，可有效减轻残障程度，早期回归家庭和社会。
