【摘要】目的：临床分析腹部CT与核磁共振胰胆管成像应用于诊断肝外胆管结石的临床价值。方法：回顾性方法分析，选取本院于2019年12月—2022年12月收治的82例肝外胆管结石患者为研究对象，均给予腹部CT、核磁共振胰胆管成像诊断，以病理诊断结果为标准，分析其应用价值。结果：核磁共振胰胆管成像的灵敏度(97.33%)、特异度(85.71%)、准确度(90.24%)均高于腹部CT(75.00%、50.00%、62.20%)，均有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论：肝外胆管结石诊断中核磁共振胰胆管成像有较高准确性，建议在临床推广应用。
