【摘要】目的：多层螺旋CT后处理技术诊断四肢骨关节骨折分析。方法：选取我院在2022年2月—2023年3月期间收治的80例疑似四肢骨关节骨折患者为研究样本，统计患者出院时的手术实施骨折鉴别诊断结果作为金标准，分别利用X线平片和多层螺旋CT后处理技术进行诊断检查，比较两组检查方法在四肢骨关节骨折临床鉴定中的应用价值。结果：80例疑似四肢骨关节骨折患者中符合66例、不符合14例，多层螺旋CT后处理技术诊断结果符合65例、不符合15例，X线检查诊断结果符合63例、不符合17例，多层螺旋CT后处理技术检查方法确诊的效能：灵敏性98.48%(65/66)、特异性100.00%(14/14)、准确性98.75%(79/80)，X线检查方法确诊的效能：灵敏性89.39%(59/66)、特异性71.43%(10/14)、准确性86.25%(69/80)，多层螺旋CT后处理技术检查诊断灵敏性、特异性、准确性高于X线检查(P<0.05)。结论：四肢骨关节骨折患者疾病临床鉴别过程中，多层螺旋CT后处理技术诊断应用价值高于X线平片诊断，优化疾病临床诊断准确性。
