【摘要】目的：观察腰麻-硬膜外麻醉(CSEA)在老年患者股骨颈骨折手术中的应用效果，分析此种麻醉方式对患者不良反应的影响。方法：将2021年1月—2022年12月本院收治的62例行手术治疗的股骨颈骨折老年患者作为研究对象，以SPSS 28.0为分组工具，将62例患者随机分为对照组(采取全身麻醉)与观察(采取CSEA)组各31例，比较两组麻醉效果。结果：观察组麻醉有效性强于对照组，主要体现为麻醉起效时间、术后清醒时间、术后意识恢复时间更短，术中出血量更少，VAS评分更低，且对比均有显著差异(P<0.05)。观察组麻醉安全性强于对照组，主要体现为术中及术后不良反应发生率明显更低(P<0.05)。观察组麻醉效果优于对照组，麻醉优良率更高(P<0.05)。结论：腰麻-硬膜外麻醉在老年患者股骨颈骨折手术中的应用效果良好，兼具有效性及安全性，有一定的临床推广价值。
