【摘要】目的：临床分析膝关节退行性骨关节炎软骨损伤诊断中应用磁共振成像(MRI)的临床效果。方法：回顾性方法分析，选取本院于2020年12月—2022年12月收治的120例膝关节退行性骨关节炎软骨损伤患者为研究对象，均给予磁共振成像检查，并以关节镜结果为金标准，分析磁共振成像诊断价值。结果：磁共振成像检查与关节镜检查诊断相比，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)；磁共振成像检查分级与关节镜诊断相比(P>0.05)，无统计学意义。结论：磁共振成像可评估膝关节退行性骨关节炎软骨损伤程度，且有着较高诊断价值，值得临床推广应用。
