【摘要】目的：分析多层螺旋CT诊断急性胸腹部创伤的效果。方法：在2020年2月—2022年12月期间以我院接收的急性胸腹部创伤患者120例作为研究对象，平均分为两组，各60例，对照组采用X线，观察组采用多层螺旋CT进行诊断，对比两组患者的检出概率。结果：对比两组病人的诊断结果，发现采用多层螺旋CT检查对病人的诊断概率明显更高(P<0.05)，差异有统计学意义。结论：使用多层螺旋CT检能够有效地诊断急性胸腹部创伤，值得临床重视和推广。
