【摘要】目的：评价老年综合评估下随访护理干预对高血压合并糖尿病患者血压、血糖、药物黏附率和生活质量的影响。方法：筛选2021年3月—2023年3月期间，院内收治的高血压合并糖尿病患者72例进行研究。随机抽取其中36例实施基础护理作为对照组，剩余36例患者实施综合评估下随访护理干预作为研究组。对两组血压、血糖、药物粘附率、生活质量展开评价。结果：干预后研究组血压改善水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后研究组血糖改善水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组黏附活性对比存在差异，研究组黏附活性率高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组生活质量得分改变值对比存在差异，研究组生理、心理、情感、社会得分改变值高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：老年综合评估下随访护理干预在高血压合并糖尿病患者中可稳定血压、血糖指标，改善药物黏附率，提高生理、心理等功能，护理作用显著。
