【摘要】目的：探究血液净化中心护理管理中五常法的应用有效性。方法：选择医院血液净化中心在2022年6月—2023年6月期间接诊的80例血液透析患者，根据随机数字表法分为两组，每组40例，对照组采用传统管理，观察组采用五常法管理，将两组血液透析患者的干预效果对比。结果：观察组不良事件发生率(感染、出血和脱针)低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组护士的工作满意度(工作沟通、工作稳定性、表现机会、特长发挥、总分)高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：血液净化中心护理管理中五常法的效果好，可以降低不良事件发生率，提高护士的整体护理操作水平，值得在临床中使用与推广。
