【摘要】目的：探究奥美拉唑联合阿莫西林对胃炎并胃溃疡的治疗效果及不良反应情况。方法：将2021年4月—2023年4月医院收治的267例胃炎并胃溃疡患者，采用随机数字表法分为两组，即观察组(n=134)和对照组(n=133)。对照组使用奥美拉唑治疗。观察组使用奥美拉唑联合阿莫西林进行治疗。结果：在临床治疗效果方面，观察组为90.29%，对照组为74.43%，明显高于对照组，有统计学意义(P<0.05)；在不良反应发生情况方面，观察组为5.22%，对照组为18.04%，明显低于对照组，有统计学意义(P<0.05)；在临床症状改善时间方面，观察组胃灼热感、嗳气、腹痛以及反酸分别为(5.08±0.77)d、(5.02±0.87)d、(4.75±0.91)d、(4.69±1.05)d，明显短于对照组，有统计学意义(P<0.05)；结论：使用奥美拉唑联合阿莫西林对患者进行治疗在胃炎合并胃溃疡患者的治疗中，患者的出现腹痛、反酸等不良情况的概率较低，同时患者胃部的PH值得到提升，患者胃液分泌量减少，患者各项临床症状改善时间较短，治疗效果更为显著，值得参考。
