【摘要】目的：分析替吉奥联合奥沙利铂治疗晚期结肠癌的效果。方法：选取我院2020年1月—2022年12月的70例晚期结肠癌患者，随机将其分成为两组。对照组采取奥沙利铂，观察组联合采取替吉奥。结果：观察组的有效率为57.14%与对照组的42.86%相比，观察组有效率明显较高(P<0.05)；治疗后，两组的情感职能、社会功能、认知功能和生理功能评分均明显升高(P<0.05)，且与对照组相比观察组的评分明显更高(P<0.05)；治疗后，两组的血清CA19-9、CEA及CA125水平均明显降低(P<0.05)，且与对照组相比观察组的水平更低(P<0.05)。结论：替吉奥联合奥沙利铂对晚期结肠癌有较好的效果。
