【摘要】目的：分析小剂量糖皮质激素联合茶碱对老年哮喘的治疗效果。方法：将本院于2022年4月—2023年4月期间收治患有哮喘的70例老年患者作为实验对象，并将其进行分组，其中35例采用小剂量糖皮质激素治疗的患者被收录于常规组，另外35例采取小剂量糖皮质激素联合茶碱治疗的患者被收录于研究组，并将不同治疗方式的临床治疗效果、肺功能指标情况及临床症状评分等指标作为评价标准。结果：实施不同方式治疗后，研究组患者的临床治疗总有效率较高(P<0.05)；肺功能指标的对比中，研究组优于常规组(P<0.05)；临床症状评分的对比中，研究组低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论：对于在老年时期患有哮喘的患者而言，采取小剂量糖皮质激素与茶碱联合干预可有效地改善病人肺功能，减轻症状并提高治疗效果，应用效果十分显著。
