【摘要】目的：探究中医情志护理结合健康教育对乳腺癌患者癌痛与生活质量的影响。方法：在2021年1月—2021年12月，选择我院就诊的88例乳腺癌患者作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法分两组，其中对照组(n=44)给予常规护理干预，观察组(n=44)另给予中医情志护理结合健康教育，对比分析两组患者的护理效果。结果：干预后，观察组生活质量高于对照组，有统计学意义(P<0.05)；干预后，负面情绪、癌痛程度组间对比，观察组较低，有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：采用中医情志护理结合健康教育联合干预，有助于提升乳腺癌患者生活质量，同时可减轻患者癌痛，有效控制负面情绪的滋生。
