【摘要】目的：分析中医护理在预防腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术后并发症中的应用效果。方法：选取我院2021年1月—2023年1月的84例子宫肌瘤患者，随机将其分成为两组。对照组采取常规护理，观察组采取中医护理。结果：观察组的出血、盆腔粘连、腹胀、感染和肠梗阻发生率更低(P<0.05)；护理前，两组的总体健康、躯体疼痛、精神健康、情感职能、社会功能、生理功能、活力以及生理职能评分无明显差异(P>0.05)，护理后，两组的总体健康、躯体疼痛、精神健康、情感职能、社会功能、生理功能、活力以及生理职能评分均明显升高(P<0.05)，且观察组的总体健康、躯体疼痛、精神健康、情感职能、社会功能、生理功能、活力以及生理职能评分更高(P<0.05)。结论：中医护理在预防腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术后并发症中有较好的效果。
