【摘要】目的：探讨输血护理规范化管理在血液病输血患者护理中的应用效果。方法：选择378例血液病输血患者为研究对象，时间为2022年1月—2022年12月，将2022年1月—2022年6月收治的189例输血患者作为对照组，实施改进前输血护理规范化管理，将2022年7月—2022年12月收治的189例输血患者作为研究组，实施改进后输血护理规范化管理，对比两组患者生活质量改善情况及输血满意度。结果：研究组的SF-36各维度评分略高于对照组，但组间相比无明显差异性(P>0.05)；研究组患者输血相关服务满意度均较对照组高，组间相比差异明显(P<0.05)。结论：输血护理规范化管理有助于改善患者的生活质量，提高患者输血满意度，值得在血液病输血患者护理中推广应用。
