【摘要】目的：探讨银杏叶提取物在住院患者中的用药情况与合理性。方法：从本院2022年7月—2022年12月收治的住院患者中随机抽选2340例患者，回顾性分析银杏叶提取物的用药情况和用药合理性。结果：银杏叶提取物相关药品使用总金额为172730.52元(1.01%)，使用率最高的为银杏叶提取物注射液(1.69%)，销售金额最高的为银杏内酯注射液(82758.81元)。使用数量最多的科室分别是神内科、心内科以及耳鼻喉科，其中，神内科的金额最高(93827.81元)，占比55.74%。在随机抽取的100例神内科患者的用药情况中，有40例静脉滴注银杏叶提取物注射液，40例静脉滴注银杏内酯注射液，20例口服银杏叶胶囊。其中76例用药合理，24例用药不合理，不合理用药情况主要体现在适应症不适宜、联合用药不适宜、存在禁忌症或相互作用、无指征更换药物、遴选药品不适宜等。结论：在临床使用过程中，为了确保银杏叶提取物的使用安全，必须加大用药后的监测力度，加强临床科室和药学科室间的联系，不断提升科室的用药科学性和合理性，降低不良反应的发生，有效发挥银杏叶提取物的治疗效果，确保临床用药安全。
