【摘要】目的：分析消化道溃疡患者采用芪丹失笑散治疗的效果。方法：本次研究选取的对象共108例，随机将其分为对照组(采用西药治疗)54例、 观察组(采用芪丹失笑散治疗)54例，比较两组临床疗效。结果：在总有效率方面，观察组的占比为94.44%，高于对照组的81.48%，差异显著(P<0.05)；与对照组相比，观察组患者血清C-反应蛋白水平以及红细胞沉降率更优，差异显著(P<0.05)；观察组不良反应发生率为3.70%，低于对照组的12.96%，差异显著(P<0.05)。结论：对消化道溃疡患者采用芪丹失笑散治疗能取得显著效果，其值得推广使用。
