【摘要】目的：分析宫颈电切术联合重组人干扰素α2b对宫颈上皮内瘤样病变伴高危型HPV(HR-HPV)感染的疗效。方法：选取我院2020年4月—2022年4月的80例宫颈上皮内瘤变伴HR-HPV感染患者，随机将其分成为两组。对照组采取宫颈电切术，观察组联用重组人干扰素α2b。结果：观察组的宫颈管息肉样增生发生率、宫颈上皮内瘤变复发率和宫颈管狭窄发生率更低(P<0.05)；观察组的阴道出血量、阴道排液时间、术后愈合时间、阴道排液量和阴道出血时间明显低于对照组(P<0.05)；治疗前，两组的血清IgG、TNF-α、IgM、IL-6和IgA水平无明显差异(P>0.05)，治疗后，两组的血清IgG、TNF-α、IgM、IL-6和IgA水平均明显改善(P<0.05)，且观察组的血清IgG、TNF-α、IgM、IL-6和IgA水平明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：宫颈电切术联合重组人干扰素α2b对宫颈上皮内瘤样病变伴HR-HPV感染有较好的疗效。
