【摘要】目的：探究儿童定期检测乙肝抗体的必要性。方法：对于我院行乙肝抗体检测的儿童予以选取，实验时间为2019年1月—2023年3月，收录104例样本，均行乙肝两对半检查，观察HBsAg阳性率，分析乙肝表面抗体浓度水平。结果：104例儿童中有1例(0.96%)HBsAg阳性，HBsAg阴性率为(99.04%)。103例HBsAg阴性患者中，HBsAb阴性(<10 mIU/mL)有57例(55.34%)；HBsAb低水平(10～100 m IU/mL)有35例(33.98%)；HBsAb中等水平(100～1 000 mIU/mL)有11例(10.68%)；HBsAb高水平(>1 000 mIU/mL)有1例(0.97%)。结论：儿童乙肝感染率较低，但其乙肝表面抗体受年龄因素影响会逐渐减弱，增加乙肝感染风险，因此定期检测乙肝抗体，预防疾病十分重要。
