【摘要】目的：探讨与比较不同喂养方式对早产儿体格生长的影响。方法：2021年1月—2023年3月在医院收治的早产儿76例作为研究对象，根据1：1随机数字表法把早产儿分为研究组38例与对照组38例。对照组给予管饲喂养，研究组在管饲喂养前予经口吸吮，研究组与对照组喂养观察时间为21d，记录研究组与对照组早产儿体格生长情况。结果：研究组喂养21d期间的头围、身长和体重增加速度与对照组相比都显著提高(P<0.05)。研究组喂养21d期间吸入性肺炎、新生儿感染、喂养不耐受、电解质紊乱等并发症发生率为5.3%，对照组为21.1%，研究组与对照组相比明显降低(P<0.05)。结论：相对于单独管饲喂养，经口吸吮联合管饲喂养在早产儿的应用能促进体格发育，降低并发症的发生，有很好的应用价值。

    【Abstract】Objective： To investigate and compare the effects of different feeding methods on the physical growth of preterm infants.
