    【摘要】目的：探究分析应用小剂量米索前列醇对于足月妊娠产妇促宫颈成熟以及引产的效果。方法：本次研究病例选自本院产科收治的足月妊娠产妇一共200例，选取时间为2021年6月—2022年6月。按照引产药物的区别进行组别划分，其中使用催产素引产的产妇设为对照组，一共100例；此外使用小剂量米索前列醇促宫颈成熟引产的产妇设为观察组，一共100例。从相关分娩指标、促宫颈成熟效果、引产效果对两组产妇的干预效果作出评价比较。结果：根据用药后到分娩时间、用药后到临产时间、总产程的统计结果看出，观察组上述指标都要较对照组出现显著缩短(P0.05)。结论：足月妊娠产妇接受小剂量米索前列醇与传统催产素在促宫颈成熟和引产效果方面并无较大区别，但米索前列醇在缩短引产时间以及总产程方面有一定优势。
