    【摘要】导管周围乳腺炎在当前乳腺外科很常见，被称为乳腺导管扩张症或浆细胞性乳腺炎，该病是受到多种因素的影响而导致的非哺乳期非特异性的炎症，如乳头下输乳管窦变形和扩张、乳腺导管腔内分泌物淤滞。最近几年，该病的发病率逐年上升，但临床尚未明确该病的病因与发病机制。该病的误诊与漏诊率高，从而增加治疗难度，病情常年不愈，导致反复发作，极大增加了患者的痛苦。对此，本文通过对导管周围乳腺炎的病因进行分析，探讨该病治疗的最新进展。

    【Abstract】Periductal mastitis is a common condition in current breast surgery，and is considered as breast ductal dilation or plasma cell mastitis.This disease is caused by various factors that lead to non-lactationperiod and non-specific inflammation，such as deformation and expansion of the subpapillary milk duct sinus，and stasis of secretions in the breast duct cavity.In recent years，the incidence rate of the disease has increased year by year，but the etiology and pathogenesis of the disease have not yet been clarified in clinical practice.The misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis rate of this disease is high，which increases the difficulty of treatment.The condition persists for many years ......
