    【摘要】目的：分析双镜联合胆总管切开取石胆管无支架一期缝合术与T管引流的临床疗效。方法：选取2021年1月—2022年12月我院收治的胆囊结石合并胆总管结石患者76例，随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组，每组38例。两组患者均进行双镜联合胆总管切开取石术，观察组在此基础上进行胆管无支架一期缝合术，对照组在此基础上进行T管引流。比较两组临床疗效。结果：观察组手术相关指标均优于对照组(P0.05)。结论：双镜联合胆总管切开取石胆管无支架一期缝合术相较于T管引流更具有安全性，且患者手术各项指标均更优，缩短患者住院时间，减少其住院费用，具有更高的临床应用价值。
