    【摘要】目的：分析静脉用药调配中心抗肿瘤药物配置不合格原因及相应防范措施探究。方法：统计本院静脉用药配置中心中发生抗肿瘤药物配置不合格的情况，分析药物配置不合格原因，制定相应防范措施。结果：护理人员防护意识不强由改善前的27例降低为12例，抗肿瘤药物废弃物处置不合格由15例降低为7例，抗肿瘤药物溢出处理不合格由18例降低为8例，药液配置残留由6例降低为3例，化疗防护措施落实不全由12例降低为5例。结论：在静脉用药调配中心采取相应防范措施，可提高抗肿瘤药物配置合格率，减少不合格的状况发生。
