    【摘要】医疗卫生技术近年来得到了飞速发展，外来医疗器械是十分重要的手术器械组成内容，可以更好地辅助手术顺利开展。但外来医疗器械也因其复杂性而使得其管理成为当下各大医院实施器械管理的重难点，也是消毒供应中心面临的新挑战。对于外来医疗器械在消毒供应中心清洁和转移等工作中存在的问题，医院需要明确其管理难点和重点，必须结合实际，以提高医疗卫生服务质量为目标，建立起一套有效、规范的管理制度，可保证外来医疗器械使用安全。对外来医疗器械开展全面管理，严格规范其接收、清洗消毒、检查包装、灭菌、交接和器械追溯流程管理，开展管理风险评估，同时对消毒供应中心工作人员进行统一培训等规范化管理措施，利于保证器械供应质量符合医院消毒供应中心管理规范，可避免外来医疗器械质量不合格而引起的医院感染，可以积极保障患者医疗安全，降低手术风险和感染率，改善治疗体验。
