    【摘要】目的：分析剖宮产围术期快速康复护理促进剖宫产术后产妇子宫恢复与早期泌乳的效果。方法：本文研究对象选自2022年1月—2022年6月我科收治的剖宫产术产妇，共有90例。遵循双色球法分为对照组与实践组，45例每组，护理方法依次为传统方式护理与剖宫产围术期快速康复护理。分析两组护理后的疼痛状况、生活质量、时间指标、24h成功泌乳率、护理满意率的差异性。结果：护理后，实践组的疼痛评分显著低于对照组，生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)；护理后，实践组的时间指标短于对照组(P<0.05)；护理后，实践组的24h成功泌乳率高于对照组(P<0.05)；护理后，实践组的护理满意率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：剖宫产围术期快速康复护理能够改善产妇疼痛状况，提升生活质量，缩短子宫恢复时间，提高24h成功泌乳率，且护理满意率较高，值得借鉴。
