    【摘要】目的：探讨对乳腺良性肿瘤采用微创旋切术治疗的效果和体会。方法：将140例乳腺良性肿瘤患者随机分成两组，对照组采取传统的小切口切除术，观察组采用微创旋切术。比较两组手术指标、疼痛指标、应激指标和康复指标。结果：观察组手术时间短于对照组，术中出血量和切口长度低于对照组(P<0.05)；两组术中副损伤发生率比较无差异(P>0.05)。观察组术后6、12、24、48和72h的VAS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。术后第1和3d，观察组血清C反应蛋白和皮质醇水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组切口愈合时间和住院天数均短于对照组，并发症发生率低于对照组，BSBs评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：微创旋切术治疗乳腺良性肿瘤的创伤小、恢复快、疗效佳，临床应用价值较高。
