    【摘要】目的：探讨标准化急诊预检分诊模式在急诊胸痛患者中的应用效果。方法：回顾分析本院2021年5月—2022年5月收治的88例急诊胸痛患者，将2021年5月—2021年10月44例患者设为对照组，接受常规急诊分诊；将2021年11月—2022年5月44例患者设为实验组，接受标准化急诊预检分诊。对比两组干预效果。结果：相较于对照组，实验组分诊评估时间、诊治等候时间及肌钙蛋白I水平检测获得时间更短，实验组患者各项满意度评分更高(P<0.05)。结论：标准化急诊预检分诊模式在急诊胸痛患者中能缩短诊治等候时间，提升患者满意度，值得推广。
