    【摘要】目的：分析肺康复治疗在慢性阻塞性肺疾病缓解期患者中的应用效果。方法：选择2020年12月—2022年12月作为研究时间段，抽取期间院内收治的70例慢性阻塞性肺疾病缓解期患者，进行对比性治疗研究，使用电脑分组法随机将其均分为对照组和实验组，各组35例。前者实施常规治疗，后者则增加综合肺康复治疗。比较两组患者肺功能、治疗总有效率、生活质量评分和不良事件发生率。结果：(1)治疗后，实验组患者的肺功能指标均优于对照组，差异显著，P<0.05。(2)实验组患者的治疗总有效率为91.43%，高于对照组的68.57%，差异显著，P<0.05。(3)治疗后，实验组患者的生活质量评分高于对照组，差异显著，P<0.05。(4)两组患者的不良事件发生率对比无显著差异，P>0.05。结论：慢性阻塞性肺疾病缓解期患者开展肺康复治疗的效果确切，可显著改善患者的肺功能，提升其生活质量，值得推广。
