    【摘要】目的：探究混合痔患者应用微创痔疮套扎术联合外痔剥离术治疗的价值。方法：选取2020年5月—2022年8月医院收治的80例混合痔患者，采用随机数字表法分为两组，即观察组(n=40)和对照组(n=40)。对照组实施外痔剥离术治疗；观察组实施微创痔疮套扎术联合外痔剥离术治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果：观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组创面愈合时间、住院时间以及手术时间均短于对照组，术中出血量低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：在混合痔患者的治疗中实施微创痔疮套扎术联合外痔剥离术，可缩短患者手术时间和住院时间，降低并发症发生率，值得参考。
