    【摘要】目的：探究在血液透析中采用颈内静脉半永久双腔导管的应用价值。方法：本研究选择2021年11月—2022年5月在我院接受治疗的30例尿毒症患者作为研究对象，对照组接受并可以进行内瘘，实验组无内瘘条件选择接受颈内静脉半永久双腔导管，比较两组术后并发症发生情况和透析充分性。结果：实验组的并发症发生率和对照组相比无明显差异(P>0.05)；实验组的透析充分性和对照组相比无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论：对于部分尿毒症患者内瘘困难，可以应用颈内静脉半永久双腔导管的方式维持血液透析，减少局部出血、感染等并发症发生，同时保证了透析充分性，值得推广。

    Clinical significance of semi permanent double lumen catheter in internal jugular vein during hemodialysis

    【Abstract】Objective：To explore the application value of using semi permanent double lumen catheters from the internal jugular vein in hemodialysis.Methods：This study selected 30 uremic patients who received treatment in our hospital from November 2021 to May 2022 as the research subjects.The control group received and was able to undergo internal fistula，while the experimental group chose to receive a semi permanent double lumen catheter from the jugular vein without internal fistula.The incidence of postoperative complications and dialysis adequacy were compared between the two groups.Results：There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the experimental group and the control group (P>0.05)；There was no significant difference in dialysis adequacy between the experimental group and the control group (P>0.05).Conclusion：For some uremic patients with difficulty in internal fistula ......
