    【摘要】目的：探究四维超声筛查对胎儿先天性心脏病的诊断价值。方法：在2020年2月—2023年2月时间段内，将80例超声筛查的孕妇纳入样本，样本入组后先后接受常规超声检查与四维超声检查，并以后续临床引产或者胎儿出生结果检查为诊断金标准，观察孕妇超声诊断胎儿先天性心脏病的效果。结果：四维超声对胎儿先天性心脏病的检出率(92.59%)高于常规超声(70.37%)，P<0.05。金标准确诊为胎儿先天性心脏病的有27例，常规超声检出19例，误诊11例，漏诊19例；四维超声检出25例，误诊3例，漏诊5例。四维超声的诊断效能(包括阳性预测值、阴性预测值、敏感性、特异性、准确率)均高于常规超声，P<0.05。结论：对于妊娠期孕妇，采取四维心脏超声筛查方式可以提高先天性胎儿心脏疾病检出率，为早期干预治疗提供时间，具备临床推广价值。

    【Abstract】Objective：To explore the diagnostic value of four-dimensional ultrasound screening for fetal congenital heart disease.
