    【摘要】目的：分析老年急性心肌梗死患者的血常规和血液生化指标的重要性。方法：选取2022年1月—2022年12月收治的30例老年急性心肌梗死患者作为观察组，选取同期30例健康体检者作为对照组，并对两组患者的血常规、血液生化特征进行比较。结果：观察组患者的红细胞计数(RBC)和血红蛋白均低于对照组，白细胞计数(WBC)则高于对照组，P<0.05。观察组肌钙蛋白I(TnI)、肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)、天门冬氨酸氨基转氨酶(AST)以及乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)均高于对照组，存在极明显的差别(P<0.05)。结论：检测老年急性心肌梗死患者的血常规和血液生化指标对指导患者的临床治疗工作起着至关重要的作用，因此，加强对患者的血常规生化检验能提高临床诊断效率，改善患者预后。
