    【摘要】免疫检查点抑制剂在恶性肿瘤治疗中取得了显著效果，提高了患者的生存获益，但并非所有的患者都可以从免疫治疗中受益。而现阶段研究较成熟的免疫疗效预测指标尽管其优势不可否认，但是其本身也存在一定的劣势。已有多项研究成果显示炎症相关血液学指标与肿瘤免疫治疗疗效相关，有望成为新的预测指标。本文就C反应蛋白与肿瘤及免疫治疗疗效等相关研究进行综述。
