    【摘要】目的：分析药师干预对血必净注射液用药安全性的影响。方法：选取本院2020年4月—2023年4月接受血必净注射液治疗的70例患者，以随机法将其分组(n=35)，常规组给予常规用药指导，观察组在常规组基础上给予药师干预。比较两组干预效果。结果：观察组溶剂选择合理使用率、给药途径合理使用率、给药频次合理使用率、单次剂量合理使用率和使用指征合理使用率均高于常规组，P<0.05。观察组不良反应发生率低于常规组，P<0.05。观察组患者满意度高于常规组，P<0.05。结论：在血必净注射液使用过程中进行药师干预，可有效提高药物使用合理率，降低不良反应发生率，赢得患者认可与好评，具有一定的临床价值。
