    【摘要】目的：分析中医护理干预对肛肠手术患者术后疼痛和护理配合度的影响。方法：选择本院2021年5月—2022年5月之间收治的64例肛肠手术患者为研究对象，随机将患者分为观察组(n=32)和对照组(n=32)，观察组采用常规护理联合中医护理干预，对照组采用常规护理，对比两组护理效果。结果：护理后，观察组患者的并发症发生率与VAS评分低于对照组，住院时间、术后下床活动时间以及肛门排气时间短于对照组(P<0.05)；护理后，观察组患者护理配合度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：中医护理干预对肛肠手术患者的综合应用价值更高，患者术后疼痛评分更低，患者预后效果更明显，建议临床推广使用。
