    【摘要】目的：分析正强化法在静脉输液患儿中的应用效果。方法：选择2022年1月—2022年12月期间静脉输液的患儿164例，按照入院时间先后顺序分为对照组与干预组，每组82例。对照组给予常规干预，干预组给予正强化法干预。比较两组输液效果。结果：干预组患儿面部表情疼痛度明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预组穿刺耗时明显短于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预组一次穿刺成功率、静脉输液依从性以及家长满意度均明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预组穿刺后不良情况发生率明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：将正强化法应用于静脉输液患儿中的效果较为满意，具有一定实践价值。
