    【摘要】目的：分析腹腔镜下子宫全切术患者实施手术室护理的价值。方法：研究选取45例患者，均为我院2021年1月-2022年1月收治，将患者分为对照组(22例，常规手术室护理)和观察组(23例，精细化手术室护理)，对两组患者的临床护理效果进行综合性的分析。结果：观察组患者手术时间短于对照组，术中出血量少于对照组，术后首次排气时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后，观察组患者生活质量评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率(8.70%)低于对照组(22.73%)，差异显著(P<0.05)。结论：腹腔镜下子宫全切术患者实施手术室护理能进一步提升患者的生活质量，促进患者恢复，降低并发症发生率。
