    【摘要】目的：研究与分析急诊快捷护理流程在急性脑卒中患者救治中的应用效果。方法：选取2020年11月—2022年11月期间50例急性脑卒中患者，采取数字随机表法分为两组，每组25例。参照组采取常规护理流程，研究组则采取急诊快捷护理流程。比较两组的救治时间、救治效果、NIHSS评分以及GCS评分。结果：研究组的救治时间要短于参照组(P<0.05)。研究组并发症总发生率、残疾率和死亡率均要低于参照组(P<0.05)。救治后，研究组的NIHSS评分低于参照组，GCS评分高于参照组(P<0.05)。结论：在急性脑卒中患者的救治过程中，对患者开展急诊快捷护理流程干预可缩短救治时间，降低并发症发生率，提高救治效果，有利于改善患者神经功能。
