    【摘要】目的：通过对该案例的研究来详细了解克罗恩病的发病机制、临床表现及护理措施等，从而得出该病的预防措施、护理措施等，可以为更多人了解、预防及治疗克罗恩病提供参考依据。方法：针对患者，采取及时诊断、及时治疗和积极科学地护理措施。结果：通过一系列的疾病专科护理，患者病情稳定，于2021年1月10日病情稳定，遵医嘱出院。结论：本病大多起病隐匿，症状典型者以腹痛、腹泻为主要临床表现，常使患者误以为是一般性的消化性疾病。若不及时就医，错过保守治疗期，则需手术治疗。及时对患者进行针对性地措施能有效减轻患者的不适，稳定病情，提高治愈率。
