    【摘要】目的：探析AIDET沟通模式联合循证护理在急性心力衰竭(AHF)患者中的临床效果。方法：选择150例AHF患者，根据随机数表法将患者分为两组，每组75例。对照组给予循证护理，观察组在对照组基础上采用AIDET沟通模式。对比两组急救时间、应对方式以及并发症发生率。结果：观察组分诊时间、静脉采血时间、静脉通路建立时间及急救总时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后，观察组MCMQ评分中面对评分高于对照组，回避及屈服评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率(5.33%)低于对照组(16.00%)(P<0.05)。结论：AIDET沟通模式联合循证护理应用于AHF患者中可有效提高就诊效率，促进患者选择积极医学应对方式，降低并发症发生率，值得临床推广。
