    【摘要】目的：分析门诊输液室护理中人性化护理干预措施的运用效果。方法：本次研究从榆中县疾病预防控制中心门诊输液室2022年1月—2023年2月间输液的患者中随机选取100例作为研究对象，经随机数字表法将上述对象划分到对照组和观察组中，各组均50例，在护理干预工作开展期间分别予以常规护理和人性化护理干预，据此对两组门诊输液室护理质量、不良事件发生率以及患者满意度进行比较。结果：干预后，观察组各项护理质量评分均高于对照组，P<0.05。观察组不良事件发生率明显低于对照组，P<0.05。观察组满意度明显高于对照组，P<0.05。结论：人性化护理措施的应用可提高门诊输液室护理质量，最大限度规避各类不良事件的出现，符合当前患者对门诊输液室护理服务的需求。
