    【摘要】目的：研究围术期护理在碘125粒子植入治疗的患者中的作用。方法：选取我院2022年1月—2022年12月期间收治的40例接受碘125粒子植入治疗的患者，随机分为观察组和对照组，对照组采取常规护理，观察组采取围术期护理，比较两组护理效果。结果：观察组护理满意率高于对照组，观察组护理后负性情绪和疼痛评分低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：围术期护理在碘125粒子植入治療的患者中可提高满意率，也能缓解患者负性情绪，减轻患者疼痛感。
