    【摘要】目的：研究在老年食管癌放疗护理中应用标准化护理的临床价值。方法：选取本院2020年12月—2022年12月78例老年食管癌放疗患者，分组方式为抽签法。选取39例患者为参照组，行常规护理；选取39例患者为研究组，行标准化护理。比较两组护理效果。结果：参照组并发症发生率(17.95%)显著高于研究组(2.56%)，差异显著，P<0.05。研究组护理满意度(94.87%)显著高于参照组(74.36%)，差异显著，P<0.05。护理前，两组生活质量评分比较差异不大，P>0.05；護理后，研究组心理功能、躯体功能、社会功能和生理功能等生活质量评分显著高于参照组，差异显著，P<0.05。结论：在老年食管癌放疗护理中应用标准化护理的效果显著，不仅显著降低并发症发生率，而且显著提高护理满意度和生活质量，临床应用价值极高，可广泛推行。
