    【摘要】目的：探讨早期康复护理对提高脑梗患者护理依从性及运动功能的临床价值。方法：选取我院2021年1月—2022年12月收治的45例脑梗患者，按照抽签法分为两组。普通干预组进行普通日常护理，早期干预组采取早期康复护理。比较两组护理前后不良情绪评分、运动功能评分、生活质量、生活自理能力以及护理依从性。结果：护理后，早期干预组不良情绪评分低于普通干预组，但运动功能、生活质量以及生活自理能力评分均高于普通干预组，护理依从性高于普通干预组，组间差异显著(P<0.05)。结论：脑梗患者在护理过程中采取早期康复护理的价值显著，可有效减轻患者不良情绪，提高其运动功能、生活自理能力和生活质量，值得推广。
