    【摘要】目的：探究康复护理指导对脑卒中偏瘫患者肢体功能康复的影响。方法：选取本院于2021年6月—2023年6月期间收治的100例脑卒中偏瘫患者，采用随机数字表法将患者分为参照组(n=50，常规护理)及康复组(n=50，康复护理)，比较两组患者行走能力、上下肢肢体功能及对护理的满意率。结果：护理前，两组患者行走能力及上下肢肢体功能指标比较无差异(P>0.05)；护理后，康复组行走能力及上下肢肢体功能指标优于参照组(P<0.05)。参照组患者总满意率为84.00%，低于康复组的98.00%，差异显著(P<0.05)。结论：对脑卒中偏瘫患者采用康复护理可有效改善患者的肢体功能及行走能力，且患者接受度更高，值得临床采纳。
