    【摘要】目的：分析急诊预检分诊护理流程在危重症患者中的应用价值。方法：按回顾性分析法，将2020年5月-2022年5月我院收治的74例危重症患者分成两组，2020年5月-2021年5月期间收治的患者为常规组(n=37，常规护理)，2021年6月-2022年5月期间收治的患者为分诊组(n=37，常规护理联合急诊预检分诊护理流程)。对比两组干预效果。结果：干预前，两组SAS、SDS评分对比无差异(P>0.05)；干预后，分诊组SAS、SDS评分低于常规组(P<0.05)。分诊组的候诊时间和确诊时间均短于常规组(P<0.05)。分诊组总满意度高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论：急诊预检分诊护理流程应用于危重症患者中能大幅缩短候诊时间和确诊时间，缓解患者焦虑及抑郁情绪，提高护理满意度，值得推广应用。
