    【摘要】目的：探讨对于高血压性脑出血患者实施康复护理干预措施对其后遗症的影响。方法：抽取我院康复科48例高血压性脑出血后遗症的患者进行分析，根据护理方案分为两组，对照组实施常规护理，观察组实施康复护理干预。比较两组护理效果。结果：护理干预后，观察组语言功能、咀嚼功能、神经功能、日常生活能力、肢体运动功能以及生活质量评分均优于对照组，P<0.05。结论：对于高血压性脑出血后遗症的患者实施康复护理干预措施能够提高患者的康复效果，改善患者的生活质量。
