    【摘要】目的：针对优质护理在临床妇产科护理工作中的应用效果进行探究，旨在为优质护理的后期应用与推广提供依据。方法：本次研究以2019年1月—2020年12月为研究周期，首先从2019年1月—2019年12月未进行优质护理期间选取100例患者规定为对照组，从2020年1月—2020年12月执行优质护理之后期间选取100例定为观察组。针对两组患者的护理满意度、心理状况(焦虑与抑郁情况)进行对比分析。结果：观察组各项指标均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)，差异具有统计学意义。结论：优质护理服务在临床妇产科中的应用，能够有效地缓解患者不良情绪，在提升患者满意度方面具有着突出的作用与价值，因此，优质护理服务值得应用和推广。

    【Abstract】Objective：The purpose of this study is to explore the application effect of high-quality nursing in clinical obstetrics and gynecology nursing work， aiming to provide a basis for the later application and promotion of high-quality nursing. Methods： This study was conducted from January 2019 to December 2020 as the research period. Firstly， 100 patients were selected as the control group during the period of not receiving high-quality care from January 2019 to December 2019， and 100 patients were selected as the observation group after receiving high-quality care from January 2020 to December 2020. Compare and analyze the nursing satisfaction and psychological status (anxiety and depression) of two groups of patients.
